Instructions for writing abstracts
• write the abstract in English
• title – in English – in capital letters, up to 25 words
• name and surname of the author and co-author should be written without titles
• name and surname of the author who will present the paper should be written in capital letters
• use the font Times New Roman, size 12
• scope of the abstract: max 2500 characters
• keywords: up to 5 words or phrases
NOTE: the author is responsible for the linguistic and content correctness of the abstract.
E-posters
• e-posters are written exclusively in English
• online submission of e-posters will be possible only after the Organizing Committee makes a decision on the accepted abstracts, of which you will be notified in a timely manner.
• e-posters must be submitted online.
Saving e-posters in .jpg / .png format:
• e-poster dimensions must be 1920×1080 pixels (landscape format).
• do not use fonts smaller than 10pt.
• file size up to 20 MB.
Saving an e-poster created in PowerPoint format (Save As .jpg / .png):
• e-poster must contain ONLY ONE slide on which the entire content of the poster is shown.
• do not use fonts smaller than 10pt.
• file size up to 20 MB.
• only one e-poster per abstract is allowed
• e-posters may not contain audio / video recordings or moving images.
